| J.R. Roberts/Deacon recognizes the importance of the schedule to achieve the project goal. We will establish a baseline master schedule at our initial involvement with the project which will include the construction team activities from preconstruction to punch. One important distinction of our company’s approach to scheduling is that our field operation teams are computer literate and will be involved with creating the construction schedule. We believe that if the field team is going to control the schedule, they need to be the one with the intimate knowledge of it. |
