As the documents are developed, we perform a complete review of the drawings, sequence of construction, access, and any other pertinent information. From this review we establish our overall plan of how to approach the project well prior to starting construction. Our operations manager, project manager and superintendents are involved in these meetings and will conduct as many as necessary to ensure proper preparation for construction. |
