| We provide early budgeting at the conceptual stage to enable the owner to get a handle on the viability of the project. We continue to work closely with the design team to ensure that the costs are kept in line with budget requirements throughout the design, contract documents and permitting phases. Although we have an extensive historical cost database, we require subcontractor involvement in key disciplines from the outset in order to develop accurate and up-to-date budgets. We feel the current construction market necessitates subcontractor involvement throughout the budget development process. |
