This project included the construction of a 40,000 sf, two-story, steel frame medical research center above one level of subterranean parking. The center is a hub for over 100 investigators at nine institutions across the U.S. involved in the study of light in biology and medicine. The scope included lab casework, fume hoods, medical gas piping and a structural steel framework to meet stringent structural vibration requirements.
